Reservation policy

Booking Confirmation​

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. All bookings will be confirmed via email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us directly to ensure your booking has been recorded.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the booked time. For no-shows or late arrivals without notice, the table may be reallocated.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. After this period, we reserve the right to release your table.

Dining Duration

To ensure all our guests enjoy a timely experience, dining durations may be limited during busy periods (e.g., 2 hours per table). If you’d like more time, let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when making your booking so we can best prepare for your visit.
